Motorola Phone Tools Codec

Hey guys, PLZ help me out.
I got a XP OS and i have installed "Motorola Phone Tools" V4, then upgraded to the latest version, now its 5....

As i tried to convert a video in to a mobile's compatible version, it showed that i need "motorola phone tools codec". Now please help me out. I dont wanna buy it.
Plz can anyone tell me where i can find it for free...?

New problem...

I have a software KD Player 0.8.9 with Real Player and Zen Creative skins.
I want to adapt these JAVA apps into touchscreen capable apps.
I tried with JAVA Adapter V2.0.0.2 but i can't enable the soft keys to work... I am also not sure if I am doing it correctly!
Thus i need ur help... plz help me out n let the world have their mp3 player...
I still dont knw much abt the player, but still i thnk tht it will work gr8.

I am trying at my best to do it, and i also need your help to do it fast.

JUST REMOVE THE EXTENSION ".zip"
