Has anyone experience the screen remain black (except for the outermost faint outline) when you wake the phone up from stand by mode?kinda leaves the screen in a frozoen or locked up state

Anyone have that problem or maybe know how to fix it?

Yeap, thats due to some application you have installed, you'll need to ind out which one though

im aware of what the application is. It's called CandleLight. I did uninstall it and did a master reset but it still shows the same error. It's still in a locked/frozen state but I can see the lights working on the side of the screen.

What should I do next?
