Hi. I tried to searching for the answer to this in the forums, so sorry if someone already answered this, but I could not find it. My sister has a Q.. she hasn't been too pleased with it, and part of the problem is that she cannot receive in-bound calls from certain people. At first it seemed like the problem only occurred with Rogers/Fido/Videotron customers, but as of a couple of days ago she was able to get calls from her friend (Fido) and myself (Rogers).. something she was not able to do last week. When I would call her, I could hear her, just that she could not hear me. She would call me back, and everything would be ok.

My sister is with Bell.

I downloaded the updated software, but I am not sure that that will fix anything. Anyone have any ideas?
