Need Help

I tried to change a lot of avatars but non of the animated ones are working
How do i get them working the required size is 80 by 80..
n most of the avatars found on net are bigger than that
Can u tell me how do i get them to work pls

use EASY GIF ANIMATOR it is posted in forums somewhere you will find it or do a GOOGLE
then open the animation with it and there will be an option in the right down as 'resize animation' select that and resize to your requirement.

Another error I came across,

It always says ''file upload failed'' but works fine anyways.

yes! it shows file upload failed but the animation works fine

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller).

Hey Swifty thanks for this but the thing is u can't get animated pics like this from google image atleast not in this case
