Default From Linux to Symbian R.I.P moto linux

Hey , all just posting here to say I got rid of my E6 , and yes I went to Nokia .. what can I say wifi , 5mp with Xenon flash Gps all together in one nice phone ( N82) I needed a good camera phone , with my son and all never know when its time for a good picture .. If motorola ever strikes back with a linux phone with wifi and at least a 5 MP , no need for GPS ill be back in a flash ... but for less then 500 , I could not resist to grab a new phone ..

its been really great being part of this awesome community especially here at motorolafans.com

I will always be around to see what' s new . cheers

Good buy DAGr8 , the N82 is a very good all rounder, takes good videos too . If I did'nt get the HTC TyTn II I'd have bought the N82 myself. Did you get it in black or silver? The black imo looks really cool.

Hope to see you around though.

EDIT: One more thing, September is when the Motorola X-Pixl will release, June 23 in the announcement. 5Mpx with Xenon flash and Wifi are the main features, should be below 500USD. No 3G and GPS.

Fare the well DAGr8!! stop by from time to time!!!

@ASKD, I have a TyTn II as well but I still prefer my MING...as for the X-Pixl...seem like it'll be cool, but have you seen THIS? Looks like a tarted up version of the x-pixl with a better form factor (IMHO), waddaya think?

    @nodramachicks

I cannot disclose if I have seen it or not . But its well built, I know for sure it has quite decent features leaving out 3G.
    Its got
    WiFi(maybe only T-Mob version)
5Mpx sensor, similar I think to the N82 one, the Kodak one was scrapped as it was sh**.
    Xenon Flash
    Shoots in RAW
    TV-Out
and the OS complies with the MOTOMAGX release which is amazing. Thery've got this awesome framework called WebUI where java script interacts with native API, to make some amazing widgets and plugins/apps.
Its not a smartphone though, its more of a feature phone, like the iPhone. Not truly smart but can work smart, if you get what I mean.
The phone in the link does'nt have much in common with the X-PIXL which is a camera phone and thats more of a style phone, more Z series no AF.
I'm seriously looking forward to the SDK, the developer preview is going to be out this month or next latest, its ready and I saw it in action .

I prefer the TyTn II to the MING/E6 anyday(got both of them, yes I'm stupid )
    Regards,
    Akshay

Hey , all thanks for support . appreciated like always , I bought it silver but bought ablack casing , I always got black phone , I taugth I would go for achange but I have to go back to black haha .

to me the cheap 2mp camera witch is comon in most hi end phone is a real turn off . wifi is part of our life now so it is mandatory .

Of course Nokia' s interface is kick ass, it is so easy even a 5th grader could run thru all the settings and options of there most complicated phone . I am still a motorola lover because of the design of there phone and of the hi modding capacity.. of course I m waiting for the next big thing !
