Upgrade Symbian on M1000?

Anyone know whether it is possible for us to upgrade the Symbian OS on M1000? The existing one is 7.x, and the newest version is 9.x I think. How can we upgrade that? I checked Symbian's site, they do not have any download.

i guess you cannot do that, mymoney...maybe not yet until there's another Moto UIQ using Symbian UIQ.9.x out...

I have a M1000 but information are:
Machine: Reference platform
RAM: 32MB
Version: REL_62.30.01J
Baseband: A1000_U_34.16.01P
Flex: USA1000T674ENR34003
AP Config: SA1860A_T673RG_026

I flashed with M1000_AP_JAPANESE_62.30.01_SUPER_GUI.shx, the result is failed.

How can I update my phone with M1000 firmware?

Now I send SMS, it send failed but receiver receives 4 times, How can I fix this problem?

is there anything we can do to change the japanese menu on our m1000... is there a firmware to change it into a total english mode....

yes i can do it i have alotof firmware about a1000
i tried them i flashed my phoen with 24c firmware
there is a problem about charging
it is not charging and
when i plug my charger it says "no charger detected"
