TCPMP, have u tried it before ? Acctually i've news about .mp4
its can play from video program (integrated), but u need open it manualy

Step :

1. CP your .mp4 files into ext memory card
2. rename it into .aac
3. open file manager program (Handy Explorer, Qfile, etc)
4. Find and run .aac files, the icon will appear from video icon
