Steps:
1. Open notepad on your PC and paste the following text into it (including BEGIN:IMELODY and END:IMELODY)

2. Save the file as vib_sound.imy
3. Copy the file from the computer into your phone's c:\Documents\RingTone\ folder. After you copy the file to the phone you can preview it when selcting tones in the "Phone->Settings->Tones"
4. Copy file c:\Documents\RingTone\Default\DefaultVibrateRingTone.ini from your phone to the computer and edit it with notepad. Modify DefaultVibrateRingTone value and put a path to your newly created file there:
DefaultVibrateRingTone="C:\Documents\Ringtone\vib_sound.imy". Save the DefaultVibrateRingTone.ini file on the computer.
5. Then you need to replace c:\Documents\RingTone\Default\DefaultVibrateRingTone.ini file in your phone with the one you just edited on the computer. You may wish to rename your original DefaultVibrateRingTone.ini file to DefaultVibrateRingTone.bak just in case you need it.
6. Put your phone into vibrating mode and ring yourself
P.S. If you wish to compose your own melody, http://www.irda.org/standards/pubs/iMelody.pdf describes imelody standard. Motorola Messaging Suite (www.motocode.com) has a rttl to ime converter
