Z6 syncing problem with PC.

Hi,
Having problem syncing my Z6 to my PC. I haven't used Moto phones in a while. I'm a Smartphone guy, but needed a phone as a spare. Can't get it to sync with MPT. Need to know if the software that came with any of the Linux-based phone will work? And if so, where can I get it?

I don't really know how to help you with your problem, but I have a question of my own. Where did you get a RIZR Z6? I've been looking for them.

I have a Z3.I wanted copy phonebook to PC,but it's not conector with PC.

You need a new version of Mobile Phone Tools to work with Z6. Unreleased version (4.5.1e) for unreleased phone.

for MPT do detect our phones, it should be in modem mode. check out the modem settings in SETTINGS>CONNECTION>MODEM.

Hi!

I have problems to sync my lotus notes calendar with my Z6, too.
ok... the phone is identified correctly by my pc. but only 50% of my calendar entrys are transmitted to my z6.

and when i edit a calendar entry (i.e. change a meeting date) then phone tools does not change this entry in my Z6...

...this sucks a little bit...

have any of u guys a idea to solve this problem?

Hi, yes ive had a few problems with connecting, syncing, can some one please explain what the different connections mean eg. media sync, memory card, modem & USB printing?
