Very Weird Problem! HELP!

Hey everyone,
I have been having a problem with text messaging. Im able to send and receive messages from everyone, however, when Im sending a msg to a specific number, the phone says the msg is sent but the recipient doesnt receive any msg whatsoever. Have been trying for the last two days but to no avail. took off both phones, sim cards, put them back in, same problem. Called tstt, they had the txt msgn reset on both phones, same problem
BUT, when the recipient put her sim card into another person's phone, then and only then, she was able to receive MY txt msgs. So it points to a problem with the phone. The phone is a MOTOROLA Z6 ROKR..
can anyone advise as to how to go about gettin this phone fixed??

*UPDATE - So i resetted the phone to factory settings..it worked properly for bout 3 txts..same problem again..then i resetted it again..after after 1 received txt from my number, jus ONE..it started giving the same problem again..sigh..

does this happens to every number you send the sms's or for a single number ....

well it could be a technical problem

it only happens with one number..cannot receive numbers from this ONE specific number

well there could be some problem with your friends phone .... as he is not getting your sms as this could not be your phones fault... it could be his phones fault .... it may happen

by the do you both have same operators...?
