Installing skins on the First Mod 1.2 firmware

Installing skins is slightly different...simpler and bugfree...though restricted to 10 skins..

Open your Phone memory via USB

1)Goto folder called .skins

2)create folders named from 0-9
the name of your folder will be " 0 "
yes the numeral...!!!

3)guess you got the last part...now simply paste the files of the skins directly into this folder on your phone memory.mind you..not the folder,the actual iconres and ini files.

4)close the connection and goto MainMenu>Settings>Themes

5)Goto Options(left soft key) > Create New

6)when you goto select the base theme in the second page of this menu...you can see a list of the skins you've pasted on the phone memory

select the skin which you want to base this theme upon...
