How to create a working backup of a z6, new method that works

I have come up with a way to back up a z6 that works. I am able to decompress the compressed filesystems backed up with this method and get all the files out but I have

not tried to reflash the backup back onto the phone so be careful with this. Any reports of whether the backups work when flashed back or not would be appreciated.

Steps:
1.Download Flash&Backup from here http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/down...o=file&id=7557. Must be this exact version for the hack to work.
2.Install Flash&Backup
3.Download the z6 profile for F&B from here http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/down...o=file&id=7317
4.Download my hack from http://users.tpgi.com.au/jfwfreo/fb3hook.zip and place the contents in the F&B3 folder.
5.Run fb3hook.exe (instead of running fb3.exe as is normally the case)
6.F&B3 will load and a message box will appear that says "z6 code loaded"
7.Backup whatever code groups you want to backup with any of the F&B3 options

Please post here if you find something wrong with my program or if you have any comments (good or bad)

, feel free to use this stuff too, it should work just fine.

Also, if it doesnt work, try a different ramldr instead of the ramldr that comes with the z6 profile

Now with my new hack, people who have firmware on their phone they dont want to loose (such as carrier specific or country specific flexes) can join in the modding fun too.

For those curious about what this hack does, it basically redoes the "read a cg from the phone" part of the F&B code via code injection. The change is that it reads 0x200

bytes at a time instead of 0x100. Exactly why it works I dont know but hey, it works and thats good enough for me
