Please Help I have read threads and spent the passed 8 hours with no movement since the PC saying the Phone will not load

I am using windows XP I am using a USB to connect

I have

Motorola Phone Tools
Updated Drivers

I did try to load it manually still does not work.

I need an option to make it work or and alternative to this connection. Please Help.
