I noticed that Radiocomm connects at 11000 after trying that a month ago when I got my Z6. Since then I've tried a successive number of ports and the phone will not allow me to connect via telnet on any given port - not even 11000.
Interesting though, I took a look at the 31.15R source code available on the Z6 sourceforge project page. Open that up in linux and take a look at the raw config files (set before compiling) - all the telnet options are set to "0", so obviously when the packages are compiled and then incorporated into a firmware monsterpack, telnet option is therefore unavailable. I'm wondering if it's possible to recompile somehow setting telnet option to 1 and see what difference that would make. Only problem is, I wouldn't know which parts of the source code would be applicable in the different CG's.
Finally got the telnet working. Upgraded my bootloader and firmware and now its working. My phone is an Engineering sample so it is enabled by default. To check if your is an Engineering sample. Connect phone to RSDlite in Bootloader mode and it will say either production or engineering.
