soo IM COMPLETELY NEW to this... ALL i want to do is install skins and themes, but it says you have to flash your phone??? 3 questions

1. what is the EASIEST WAY TO DO SO.....??

2.CAN YOU mess your phone up by doing this???

3.IF YOU DO MESS IT U, DOES TMOBILE LET YOU REPLACE IT??
