@biji: No data is erased during the process. But you should always back up your data to be sure!

So I just flashed mine... Don't see any difference... What are they exactly?

Btw, I got RSD Lite 4.1 and installed it... Upon installation my NOD32 AV detected this twice: C:\Program Files\Motorola\RSD Lite\RSDLUpdater.exe - probably NewHeur_PE virus [7]
