i try it with desbf program but it cant work...

any idea?

Use latest Version (1.28) of SBF-ReCalc its able to extract this file.

I am assuming this is china-mobile firmware correct? I will contact a few of my contacts to see if i can get you guys some generic firmware.

True!
You get a 14 CG's, one header and one RAMDLD file. But that is so far all. I have not found one software that can do anymore, apart from Hex Editor.
Leader GL was able to extract 68 gif files from CG36 (~29 MB biggest of all) and another 10 usuable gifs from CG37, but no more.
