v3x conversion

hello all,
new to this site.
i noticed that some people were able to convert triband rokr e6 to quadband.
very nice!
can this be done with any triband phone?
i have a razr v3x and was wondering if it can be converted to quadband as i get very bad to no signals indoor.
also, when i enter the browser settings from cingular, i can surf the internet on my v3x but pictures don't show up, only text.
anyone know why and how to fix it?

Im so sorry but i cant help it to think like its borat saying wat u wrote!! lmao
anyways ur phones already quadband...... NICE!! lol if u get bad signal might be the area ur in.. has nothing to do with the band ur phone is in.
