voice mail L6

When I dial my voice mail, the phone sends me a message with nothing on it of course and when I try to press my number keys to activate my commands on my voice mail, the key pad does not work. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I have that problem too on the L6. I also own an E680i, and had the same problem. On the E680i, the fix is a seem edit, but I don't know what to do for an L6.

Okay, I just tried a seem edit on the L6, and it worked. I now receive voicemail notifications properly. It's the 0032_0001 seem, as in the E680i that requires editing. Here the link:
