V3 freezes all the time!

I got a urgent problem with my V3, it freezes when I store a number or send a SMS. Will a firmware upgrade fix this problem.

Go to http://www.planetmotox.net download a MP and flash it. Check if works that way.

In most of cases it get fix by updating firmware. but some time it's not because of software, but due to poor memory performance which is hardware prob. So try it out by upgrading soft n if it doesn't wrk then go to service center.
