V9 memory card help

Yesterday, I was inserting some files into my memory card and then as I disconnected the USBcable, I checked to see if my files were there, and they weren't(except for the pictures saved on the memoery card). I tried turning it off and taking off the card and everything, but the files on the card don't appear. I even tried moving some files saved on the phone to the card, hooking them up in the USB cable, and when I disconnect, they don't show. The files are still on the memory card, but they don't show on my phone. Can someone please help?
