V3 mic soft need help

I have 3 set moto V3 mic soft .Already try change ORI mic.
try make normal mic jumper use samsung mic also same .Is there any other good solution for share????

Edit the gain_table to increase the volume on the V3. It worked very well for me. I set it very loud so I can turn it down/up, but leave it in middle for normal use.
