Replaced my first LCD ever. It was for the RIZR Z3. The procedure was quite simple - far easier than I had anticipated. I have a tip to share though. If you ever replace the LCD (for any phone) please be careful with the flex ribbon cable. If it gets creased too hard, the video will be screwy on it (eg: strange colors or solid white display). I learned the hard way. I got it working now but it took some finessing.
