i phone theme for ming

this is an excellent theme! the other iPhone skins pretty much suck compared to this one. anyway, my only gripe is that the menu icon is also labelled "iPhone" like the calls icon... can you change the first iPhone text to "Menu" or something instead to make it different?

thanks m8! the name of the folder was the problem! I had Themes and you said it has to be ALL lower case. I tried it again and it worked great!

I have found a probable "bug" in the skin. When the flip is closed and the menu is accessed, you cannot tell which is being selected - nothing highlights. If you count while scrolling down the menu then you can navigate it - but thats the only way I can tell where I am.

on another note, i like it better when the wallpaper cannot be seen because it looks nice imo. but i guess some would prefer to have the wallpaper a little visible, so that's cool too.

I agree about this as well, unfortunately I hav eno idea how to do that part, I just know the scripting part

I actually just noticed that tonight myself, went to a movie and tried to put my phone on slient, not only does it not highlight but it doesn't work at all even if I hit down 40 times and selected it, it still chose my current setting. That is a reall odd bug for a skin though, I'll have to see what I can find on it.

Also thanks for remineding me to mention to keep the file structure the same, I can read the scripts, and it's the first thing I do so I knew it already but forgot to mention it.

Though even with these two things wrong with the theme I still love it, he did a fantastic job on it.

if you mount your TF card on your desktop and with notepad (I use vim cause I'm on OSX) open the iPhone.pskn, and almost at the bottom there will be an option for blending amount, it's set to 40 right now set it to 0 and just click on the iPhone.lin file again till you hear the sound again and reboot and it'll be dark for ya.

yeah, i did all that too before i posted the comment. but yeah, i like it being all black but now i have it set to 20 and im using a dark wallpaper with glass looking effects so it looks more shiny and dark... im also using os x and textedit works fine to edit the files.

I'm just an old school *nix geek, so vim is my choice didnt' even think of textedit Glad it's working well for ya, but nice to write a small java app that coudl edit and reload that file on the fly to play with trans live and not need to reboot, think I might look into that.

Finally found time to fix that top icon so it reads Home now. Here is the new tarball, still workingon the flip closed issue.
