L'Amour themes mod from motofunvn.com version

This a A1200 theme ported from E680i L'Amour at www.motofunvn.com. I modified in many point
- skin components position
- Ring icon for A1200
- Main menu when Camera icons
- Dialog border
- Menu border
- Bottom Bar
- add Notif Dialog Buttons.



I can't read vietnamese so I don't know who create this theme. and can't find his or her name in theme files.
