Add Mp3 to themes?

cos if u mix match some icon themes... then u are happy with it
u upload to ur phone.... then set the ringtones...

then! next moment u see another nice icon to add to ur icon theme...
u gotta re set the ringtones again... in the space of lets say 10 mins...

and it goes on and on until u dun surf the net..
