Put it in the skin folder.
If you use neo version, you can add using Winrar into the mp3player.jar file before you install mp3player.jar in your phone.
If you already installed the mpkg version, just add in .system/QTDownLoad/mp3player/skin/ using telnet.

After i put skin on mp3player.jar , i add to archive name mp3player_v.0.22_Orig.jar , and i install in my phone but the phone show :
" Installation failed .
Package invalid "
Please help me how must i do ?

its really easy man...........
just connect the fone to ur comp in usb mass storage mode.....

navigate to the mp3 player folder

if u hv installed it in fone thn it must be here

diska(ur fone disk)/.system/QTdownload/mp3player/skins

other wise navigate to the "card" disk...and find it there in .system folder....
two three files mite already be here
just copy all the images to this skin folder tht u get after extracting from the .rar package...

u shud see all the skins in mp3 player menu now...
