Unable to use the CloudGrey theme

what are the changes?
does it install under the same file or is it different (if it's different we can install it at the same time and see the improvments easily )
and btw, I couldn't install one of the cloudgrey themes but the other one was fine so if anyone else has that problem again they could search for the other one... (which is also in the skins forum)

1. no mistake. it cost 956210 bites
2. change some icons
3. Change the colour of font to be clearer
4. change the battery meter ( have colour ) so that it's easy to recognize your available power
Note: uninstall cloudgrey before install this theme
