Need some help

Hi guys,

I am making a vibrant blue theme for E6. I need some help from experienced theme creators.

I want to know how to change the keys used in the dialpad.
I tried changing "Call_Keypad_KeyBk.gif" and "Call_Keypad_KeyBk_Acti.gif" but it did not work.

I want to make the buttons similar to my calculator buttons, which I successfully changed. I am using ShaOnyxBlack as my base theme.

Hello,

you need to edit the "skn" file. There you have two fields with the background from call keypad one is for action. Plz see eakrins tutorial thx.

There is a set of files from Call_Keypad_0.g.gif to Call_Keypad_9.g.gif
Make sure your theme has these, or borrow them from another. Just paste them in your test folder and use

I always used the .skn file to do those.

The skin looks pretty good, but I would make the calculator/dial buttons look more rounded like the GNB buttons.

Thanks dude. This is just a very initial attempt. The skin is far from even 50% complete, and I am just learning about how to change various icons.

I believe those will overwrite whatever is in the .skn file
