how to change the color of font which is in round circle?

Yes I wanna ask this question too, tried to modify every settings in the .pskn file but still couldn't find out what controls the color of the text there

Seems like when I change the value of ThemeButtonText the color of the circled text change too, but not the same color as defined in ThemeButtonText
