i was wondering why for most .pskn theme4s i download there is a folder with files and a .lin file?! whats the .lin file for?

I would stay away from the .lin you can use them to install the theme but there is alot more risk installing themes that way,if you double install a .lin you will brick your phone. Stick with the .pskn its much safer.

so i can just delete that file?

yep, no problem. for best results, and for no problems in installation, take the subfolder out and keep it in the root of the card.

Example
MMC
--iRok
----iRok <----- cut files from this subfolder
----iRok.lin

MMC
--iRok <----- paste here

Then delete the .lin file and simply use the .pskn file to install
