Motorola A1200 theme??How!??

Hi,I have a little problem with my phone.I want to put some theme,but I don't know how?
Do I need some program for that or application?
I downloaded theme and putted on my mmc card,but I dont't have any options to open it.

This is what you need to install themes,so read this an remember read all the info because installing themes wrong will fill your memory an you will have to flash. Good Luck
