Ok - now I understand. 
The phm files attached in the first post have code inside them looking for the names of the gifs that are also attached to the first post. If you want to substitute your own you can do one of two things
1. easy solution - rename the gifs you have to the same names as the gifs in the first post
2. slightly harder - open the phm file with a Unix editor like crimsoneditor and change the name of the gifs listed in this file to the name of your gifs.
