Well that's not a theme, that's a java app with iPhone like interface...

no one does cause it's not released nor does it do anything yet except what you saw, just and interface.

But it won't use any HW, so it's useless. It's just a demo to show what could be done, it would then have to link to the phone part to ring and dial, and to all the other apps in the phone, it would be a ton of work per phone. The guy that made the interface makes it for just about every phone just as a demo.
