HELP!!! MY z8 Wont Turn ON!!!!!

my phone just crashed after i took a picture and then it started booting up over and over but never turned on all the way,, so i ran rsd lite but during the process my batt. went dead and now it wont turn on,,, any help is appreciated

Your best bet is to flash one of the images found in the "Flash and Firmware" post. So charge the battery if you can and when you go to put the battery back in, hold the * and # buttons as you put the battery in to enter flash mode and flash via RSD Lite. If you can't charge the battery, try swapping it with another battery from a moto phone if you have one.

well i have tried using another battery and it still wont turn on i havent tried putting it into flash mode

You're best bet is to flash the phone with a new image, the only issue is that you'll need a battery with plenty of charge so the phone doesn't die halfway through the flash process. Use the 46.04.64G_2312c5 from the link at the bottom, its the best IMO. But just in case you didn't know, flashing the phone will cause any data on the phone to be wiped, your SIM card will be okay though but take it out to be safe. Just ask if you have any questions in regards to flashing the phone, I know how intimidating it can be if never done before.
