Hi all,

I bought a unlock Moto Z8, i need help on below item because i am not familiar with symbian OS:

1. i need chinese language input for messaging, how? now the phone can display chinese character but there are no chinese language option in the language list and also the text input option.

2. the start up screen, shut down screen and screen saver are currently carrier logo, i would like to change it, how??

1. You will need to change the language settings, which is located in COntrol Panel, I have'nt used a Z8 but remember from the days I used UIQ on M600i.

2. You cannot change startup and shut down screens as far as I know.

1. i know the language setting, wat i mean is inside the laguage setting only have "UK english" . any way to install ay additional language pack to enable me to have chinese txt input? FYI, the phone can display chinese character now.

Yes you can get additional language support in the form of .sis files. I think they should be available in the Motorola or Sony Ericsson websties, it was available when i used the M600i I got them from SE website. Like this : http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/supp...0i?cc=in&lc=en
