ROM : Q9h WM6.5 Built 23090

This is another WM6.5 ROM for Q9h This ROM is the most stable among any other ROM's.
Preinstalled apps :
- Internet Explorer
- Doc To Go
- Resco Explorer and RegEdit
- Celetask

Plus :
- Faster and more stable
- Titanium,Concinity,Sliding Panel and Delicacy Panel built-in
- Lunar Calendar
- Windows Live Messenger can be installed now
- Sound is louder

Minus :
- MMS can't be run

Here's some ways to fix all bugs from this ROM :
By editing registry using CeRegEditor on PC.

1. Fix USSD
HKLM \ ControlPanel \ Phone. SuppressUSSD change to 1.
2. Change keyboard layout
HKCU \ keyboard layout \ Preload. Change default value to e001ffff. Then, HCU \ keyboard layout \ Preload \ 1. Change default value to e001ffff.
3. Change Chinese characters in SMS menu.
HKCU \ software \ micosoft \ inbox \ msgtypes \ IPM \MMS. Change the Chinese characters to MMS.
HKCU \ software \ micosoft \ inbox \ msgtypes \ IPM \ SMStext. Change the Chinese characters to SMS.
HKLM \ software \ micosoft \ inbox \ Svc \ SMS. Change the Friendly Name into what you like to be

4. Make font in typing threaded SMS to be smaller.
HKLM/System/GDI. Make a new key with name "ClearType" without quote. Then enter the ClearType and create new DWORD value. Fill it with name "Quality" and value data "1" without quote.

Change Zoom to 0. Default is 2.

Some users said that WM6.5 has bug in sound volume. Actually,you have to edit Profile and set System Sound volume to Loud. That's it!
