Moto Q8 cdma

i have a moto q8 cdma, brought form California to India
I dont know what am i supposed to do with it,
whether i unlock it or do what
it doesnt have a sim card slot in it
So what do I do now???

Im able to see the MSID
Is it important or useful???

when i dialed ##073887*
it asked me Enter Service Code: ( what is that and how do I get it) heading with Enter MSL
same with ##074663

When i dialed ##95
protocol section came and i had 4 options
A 6(IS-2000)
B 4(IS-95B)
C 3(IS-95A)
and
D 1(JST00

the rest of the codes doesnt work including *#06#


Frankly speaking, I dont know what am i saying
I dont know if someone can help me
but im sure all of u would try ur best
