help on xt800w

hi! good day! i have a problem with my xt800w! it got stuck on motorola m logo, then i tried entering recovery mode, pw+search+dwnvol+cam keys, entered me to android system recovery <3e>..... i dowloaded an update package, renamed it to update.zip, but got an error "failed to verify whole-file signature"... i tried wiping phone, but still no effect, i tried plugging it to 16 pc's it can't be detected... i really dont know what to do... thanks.... i am hoping for help....

please help me updating the OS version of my phone.. i have the xt800w.. i have a frined who have the CM& on her xt800.. is there a tread that i can use or any other OS for other model that is compatiple with my phone.. please help me..
