Hi all Xt720 users, finally I am done with transferring apps to memory card. Its very simple and safe. You require:
1. Windows Partition manager
http://www.mediafire.com/?emi0amojnt6g7bm
2. Of course memory card
3. Install Link2SD app on your phone (Download from Market)
4. Using partition manager make partition of your memory card. (Better use card reader to connect your memory card to PC rather than connecting via phone)
5. First patition select FAT32 give maximum space. This will be used by phone for storing data.
6. Second partition (Allot space according to your apps usage) Second partition should also be FAT32 and Primary
7. Launch Link2SD, select your app and select Create Link.
Caution: You make get memory card error after transferring apps. I advice not to transfer Cache folder. Just unselect Cache folder before creating link on Link2SD.
Do not link stock apps. Some apps may not run after linking. Then go to Link2SD, scroll to that particular app and select re-install. This will fix the problem.

helo. Is it applicable only to milestone XT720. I have a motorola milestone with android 2.2 but even after transfering the apps to sd some part of the app takes the space in internal memory. So will this work??
