Nightmare: My terrible experience of Moto MT710

I bought a moto MT710 1st June,2010.I was so excited to have such a good phone.
But I later knew it was the beginning of terrible nightmare:
1.The battery can't support one day almost with no phone calls.
2.The phone is often dead no responsing.
3.When making a phone call ,the phone's temperature rises rapidly,and it shows TMP TOO HIGH,EMERGENCY CALL ONLY.
4.The signal is normal(judging from Nokia phone),the MT710 often can not be connected.
5.Claimed to be intelligent phone,but no 3rd party applications can be installed.

This is one of the NIGHTMARES I do not wan't to face in my life

try complaining to service center about your problems and ask for different handset(I mean replacement)
