Tips for XT720 users

Hi XT720 users, here I am providing you few tips.

1. Most of all, if anyone tried App2Card, if your memory card is bricked just download partition manager, clear partitions and format memory card on your XT720. If this doesn't work, after rebooting phone, insert memory card, run App2Card and fix FC errors. App2Card is not supported by XT720

2. To turn off APN: In XT720 there is no option to turn off 2G or 3G network.. This will drain battery like anything. Just download Extended controls or Beautiful widgets. Place APN toggle widget on homescreen. Using these you can turn off APN.

3. How to resize widget: There is option to resize widget. Install ADW launcher. Using this you can resize widget.

4. To change Homescreen icon and label: Install Go Launcher EX. But Go Launcher is somewhat bugging. It takes lot of time to load widgets and it takes sometime to load App icons in app drawer.

5. To get Missed call, Email, sms unread counter notification: Install ADW launcher and then install ADW Notifier or Go launcher with Go Launcher Notifier.

6. Are you using 2G network. Cannot watch Youtube videos because of slow internet speed? Don't worry. Just download Skyfire browser.. See how amazingly it works...

7. Internet is slow?? Cannot browse fast enough??? Wanted to enjoy PC like browsing?? Download Dolphin Browser MINI. It works like charm.

8. Wanted to know how much data you utilized??? Download Data Counter widget...
