CyanogenMod 6.1.0 RC0 for Milestone by nadlabak

Beeen using it for more then 2 days this is as good as it gets without Custom kernels ,

A few guide lines here :

make sure you do a complete wipe before you apply this
IF you are using the latest version of OpenRecovery ( or my Recovery Loader ) make sure the back up is placed in the proper directory ( back up now goes in openrecovery folder not adbrecovery anymore .
make sure you back up your baseband ( in case you lose radio/3G signal ) so you can restore them after ) there is a thread on how to do this here :

back up all your apps with titanium back up to restore them after , and of course back up using nandroid first in case you dont like it ( very unlikely)
