Default [HOW TO] FLASH SBF FILE to you Milestone

1_ Uninstall Everything Motorola Related from your computer then reboot
2_ Download the Sbf file you need form here : motorola_milestone:sbf [And Developers]
3 _ You need to install Motorola USB Drivers for your OS get it form here : USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola United Kingdom
4_ YOU need to install RSD lite get it from here: Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!
5_ Put your Phone in BOOT LOADER mode
( hold Camera Button volume up and Power Button t the same time for 5 seconds then release all )
    6_ Start RSDLITE
7_ Plugin your phone and let drivers install by them self
8 _ Browse for your sbf file and flash

If flash fails remove battery and redo the steps from step 5 , it is possible it doesnt say flash succeed or 'please power up the device manually' and your device will already be powered up, as long as it says 100% you are good to go , just unplug your phon efirst then shut down RSDlite .

Use the U.S. Version of MIUI ROM.
    1. First, if you're new, just go here and do --> http://en.miui.com/a-40.html
    2. Then, stay tune on MIUI.us dev, and always get the latest ROM only, and simply upgrade it --> http://roms.miui.us/romsnippet.php?device=umts_sholes
    3. Good luck.
