On the same page (of the last link ) there is a new more stable module ..
I was running mine VERY stable at 1200 mhz , now I am back to 1000 , I dont really see a diffrence between the 2 and phone is lightning fast like this ...
You need a rooted phone running the proper F/W version :
The proper Android OS 2.1 SBF (2.31 )
you can get it from here :
KernelModule - milestone-overclock - How to use the kernel module - Project Hosting on Google Code
Once you have flashed the proper SBF file you will need to flash this one too ( its a 'rootable' recovery) all thanks to nadlabak for this one:
vulnerable_recovery_only_RAMDLD90_78.zip
otherwise you wont be able to root your device
you will need this file : MilestoneOverclock10.apk
from here :
MilestoneOverclock10.apk - milestone-overclock - Milestone Overclock 1.0 - Project Hosting on Google Code
Have fun .

If any one of you guys is using setcpu ( paid market app ) or free for xda members .
there is a 'conservative' patch for it , basically , this will do the same thing as the 'ondemand' witch means it will scale the cpu 's clock , but iinstead of going from minimum clock to maximum set , it will gently climb up and down witch is much better for Battery ..
anyways here is the link , if you dont know how to install this I willl post a how to .
