Need help!!!

What should i do if my computer cant recognize my phone in the modem connection. But it can see phone in the card connection. All drivers are installed, but there is an error when i connect phone to a computer with the modem connection. Ive tried everything, but there was no result. May be somebody had the same problem?

Install handset usb drivers available in the downloads section !! and connect your phone !!
