No worries astalvistadear , I use ( lke my sig says ) to be strictly moto fan but tbh they let me down , once I tried N95 and fell for it right away , then my eyes got open to the world of 'hacked symbian phones' believe me I learned to hate Nokia , I hated my N82 , stil adore my N96 and can t understand for a second all the hate it got from the symbian community , with that said I did not know there was a GPS device in the iphone , I still have my doubt about the fact you seem to be claiming iphone pics would be better then those form my N96 , but one thing for sure it s missing the flash ,my last downside about it is the lack of any keypad at all , and I dont mean qwerty , when I sold my E6 for the N82 the nian reason was because I really needed the keypad , dialing on the scren was really getting to me , lthough tit seems to eb the same thing with the milestone , I still want to go back to motorola as soon as possible ,right now thos I still consider 800$ to hi of a price for this device especially when you can get a N86 for half price .

aso Astalvista you are refering to the latest iphone 3gs w/ 32gb it is inded a very nice phone , it also just came out and well see the real compettition witin the next semester of 2010 ,

sadly Mac is doin the same thing its been doin for years they stick to the same device and make slight iprovment like they did with the ipods and imacs ... hey it sold like mad why change it ? to me simply because when I update devic I want something diffrent .

Im glad to see yuo are not stricktly Mac oriented , may I askto do you own a pc or a mac ? :P

it is no surprise to me , although I haveyet to see sme device iprovement , surely time will do , probably atthe same time I will purchase the device

well i have two lappies.. one is a macbook pro 2009december release and the other is a presario v3000 series.. and the apple ppl dun change design not to make its mass appeal higher but to already sustain the appeal that it has already evoked .. the iPhone is a cult of its own so why overdo it with changes and fall away like most nokia devices of which onli few remain a part in the history.. rest fade away with sands of tym.. again i am no NOKIA baiter or iFan. but the substandard quality of nokia products is smthing that keeps me at bay.. also the sharp decline in prices makes me feel cheated.. MOTOROLA no doubt is great.. but its a brand trying to move up after a long sleeping phase.. so i m waiting and watching ... and till thn enjoying my 3gs

neither m i debating on this issue.. just wanted to clear out sm misconceptions... n the I Dont was recently chucked out by dev team which rightly pointed that except for flash.. there is nthn that gets it below par..let alone out of the competition for the best.. its right up there if u consider the figures fr the sale of a single type of phone EVER.. trust me .. i aint no moto baiter having been a fanboy of Rokr.. but just reminding u that aprt from the ROCK SOLID hardware.. iPhone also boasts the tag of the most competed for phone.. the phone THAT every smartphone competes with.. every phone that pops out is touted as a iPhone killer.. but has fallen woefully short on that scale .. and hopefully Droid wont disappoint us.. but till then its difficult to turn me against my precious little piece of technology from apple

IMO the only thing the iphone has going for is it's Graphic Card. Thats the only thing that amazed me about the phone was how amazing the games look on it lol. The fact that the I-phone is still compared to High end phones today is a freakin joke. What has Apple changed in the 2nd generation to 3GS??? A better Grapic Card, a faster processor , and basic SMART PHONE FUNCTIONS IT SHOULD OF HAD IN THE FIRST GENERATION and put a S on the end of 3G: I'm so so blown away I might just go buy an I-phone now. Ya it has alot of APPs BLA BLA BLA thats only for apple to drain more money out your pocket something they have mastered for years and ASK yourself this how many of those APPS are actually usefull. When I buy phones I read reviews to see what phones are good to buy and etc........ Tell me why every place I go The I-phones has some of the worst reviews/ ratings, I thought it's supposed to be THE GOD OF ALL SMARTPHONES. I hate to break reality to you but the only reason why I-phone became so big was because it was a fashion statement thats it(If I own an I-phone= I'm cool and guess how many Americans wanted to be cool). No I'm not MOTO Fanboy or I-phone HATER I just speak the truth . Now Back on topic I think the Droid Has alot of things going for and honestly I would have bought it instead of my SONY X1 because the E6 left such a good impression on me <3. IMO I do think the X1 is better in some areas then the Droid and also Android is still a young OS and When I bought the X1 I didn't even know about the Droid yet. My next phone might be the X10(This is what I call Innovation not the Bull SH!T APPLE pulled with the 3GS) or A New High end Motrola phone only time will tell. It's good to see Moto back in the game with high end smartphones: DROID FTW
