    Default Theme creation for E6 using Windows?

    For the most part I have seen people making themes for the phone using linux has anyone found a way to make their themes using windows? I would appreciate a step by step if you have.

    someone needs to come up with this. Also, are you able to install a theme, and use a different background picture?
