good news!! putting the iconres.ezx into /ezxlocal really does kill the lag time when connecting usb mass storage. the background didnt even get change to default, so the theme is not changed at all! script adjusted, download v3.1 now!!

Just tested it....everything is ok now... great speed, no hanging problems n usb problems gone.....

So can we consider this a final stable version???

Im working on it right now....shoud be releasing the first version soon...
I guess this is gonna change the E680 outlook for sure.....

If not for u.. it wouldnt be possible...
Must really thank u for that....

But then again...creating n changing the icons is really a lot of work......
imagine.. u have 900+ icons.....wheee.....its gonna kill me...

I was testing this new version on the .mtf integration...
everything when fine.... but after i copy to the phone n run the installation... i got a message that tells me installation failed!!!

This happens when I have some original icons that are not changed in the newiconres folder during compilation, is this the main reason to it???

after that I uninstall the theme n recompile again without the unmodified icons n the installation went successful.... is this "normal"?

I am still encountering "operation failed" messages durin the mtf installation... anyone else have that problem too??

luckydip, that was awesome!!!! i know its not completed yet but goddamn i now have a very pretty theme on my phone now!! woohoo!! should a play the spoiler and post screenshots luckydip?!

sorry back to the topic, luckydip, it installed fine on my phone. after uploading to phone, click, installed successful, select theme, done, nice. but a second click on the .mtf gives operation failed = you must uninstall first if the themes have the same theme name
