i dled the program too.. but becos it is using chinese fonts it cannot show up properly in the english OS ... i am asking the guy to translate to english... it is something like iconres icon replacement too....

yup it works great, kudos to the author!!

advantages:
standalone, no need for perl interpreter
select/point/click, not much typing, basically not command line based
much much easier to use

but it currently have no theme file support. you will still need to telnet, edit your theme files, and manually send to iconres.ezx file to phone. its also not a full fledge gui. my idea of a gui is something like the motorola theme assistant, where you can see how the end result will look like, wysiwyg

but its good work anyway!!! at least someone else, beside me and buhzi, are trying to get something out

it says that someone has converted your perl script into a .exe file. but i dont see a download

cool!! so we can just distribute the .exe!! i wanted to use perl2exe initially but then it requires registration , good that someone managed to get it done
